Christmas 2007

Sarah came home from Texas A&M in mid-December. We made our traditional Christmas cookies, and she made a great gingerbread church with windows made of crushed candy melted into panes.
Michael and Meghan came the Saturday before Christmas. Meghan had just finished her coursework for her degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Oklahoma, so we went out to dinner at P. F. Chang's Restaurant to celebrate. We also celebrated Michael's 23rd birthday (December 18th) and Meghan's 24th birthday (December 23rd) with presents and cheesecake while they were here.
We had a quiet holiday shopping, putting together puzzles, watching movies, playing games, eating cookies, and opening presents, of course. It was great to have the kids here.

Rick is 50!

Rick turned 50 years old on December 6th. We celebrated by going out to dinner at Texas de Brazil.
